We have been made aware of recent incidents involving individuals and groups falsely claiming to be associated with Garda Capital Partners and its Affiliates ("Garda") on social media platforms and messaging apps. These imposters have engaged in a variety of fraudulent activity, including falsifying documentation purporting to be issued by Garda, impersonating Garda, and creating fake employee names to solicit investments on behalf of Garda. Garda manages private investment funds that are not offered to the general public. Please be aware that Garda does not solicit, and will not accept, investments from the general public. Any such solicitations, including via social media platforms or messaging apps such as Facebook Chat and Telegram, are fake.

Dan McCloskey

Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Mr. McCloskey is a Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Garda and the head of the firm's Geneva office. He leads the European government bond relative value team and is a member of Garda's Office of the CIO and Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Garda, he spent over eight years at Barclays Capital, where he most recently served as a director and co-head of the European government bond trading desk. He has additional European government bond experience from trading and market analysis positions at Dresdner Kleinwort, Jefferies, and Bank of America.

Mr. McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and a diploma in applied statistics, both from Oxford University.
